Big things.  Small things.

And I notice things.

Hi, I'm

Brainard

Know what you just did?

You slowed down.
You looked closer.
You noticed.

Seeing things hiding in plain sight can change everything.

Most people pass them by.

I don't.

Let me show you what I mean.

What do you see?

Now look again...

What do you really see?

Slowly.

That's how

discovery

begins.

And that's one of your brain's favorite things!
Trust me, I know!

Why I love
brains

What I will do today to make my brain happy...

A good night's sleep.
Good-for-you food.
Something new to learn.
Reasons to laugh out loud.
A walk outside once in a while.
Someone special to love.

They're actually pretty easy to make happy.

They don't ask for much.

Do you ever feel like you need  a PhD to know what's good for your brain?

That's where I come in to help.

It's a lot.

So much information.
So many opinions.
So many places to start.

I like asking questions.
Looking at things a little closer.
Finding the interesting parts.

And turning them into something useful.

You don't have to figure it out alone anymore.

I like asking questions.
Looking at things a little closer.
Finding the interesting parts.

And turning that into something useful.

Seeking Minds

Life gets busy and adulting is tough.

Sometime people just need someone to help them slow down and ask questions to make healthy choices feel a little easier - even a little fun.

Children are naturally curious.

I love helping them notice, wonder, explore and discover the amazing world around them - because healthy habits and endless learning make brains happy!

Changing Minds

Brains change as we grow older.

Every season of life brings things worth noticing.  Whether you're making new memories, sharing old ones, or helping someone who's brain is changing.  I'm here to make everyday a little more meaningful.

So many things hide in plain sight

Sometimes we notice big things.  Sometimes small things.

Thanks for noticing with me.

They're always there.... waiting to be discovered.

Sometimes we don't notice at all.
